"The entire experience was so much easier and faster than I expected. I'd spent hours on the phone with several other insurance carriers that day, and the difference was night and day.
For comparison, I've had auto insurance with GEICO on and off for years, including the past year and a half. When I went to transfer my existing policy from Massachusetts to Texas, they wanted to run a credit check—even though my policy was still active and my payments had always been made automatically without issue. In fact, I'd never missed a payment with GEICO in all the years I'd been a customer. Perhaps transferring a policy between states is treated differently, but I wasn't expecting that additional hurdle (I just received a credit card from a national store - and they did a hard check, to my surprise).
After that experience, working with Jeremiah was an absolute pleasure. He made everything simple, efficient, and stress-free.
